Information for hosting a Raising Dough™ Fundraiser here at Jimmy Max. We call the events “Raising Dough™”. They are usually held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from open 12pm - closing 11pm. How it usually works is people come in, for regular dining, and they just have to mention to their server that they're supporting your fundraiser. Our staff will mark their checks accordingly and 50% of the food portion of the bill will go to your organization. It is NOT valid for delivery or takeout it is dine-in only.

We strongly encourage groups of 6 or more call ahead and make a reservation.

All promoting for your fundraiser must be done ahead of time however you wish to do so. We will make mention of the fundraiser on our Facebook & Instagram page and we strongly encourage you do the same &/or make a flyer. We absolutely will NOT tolerate the solicitation of our customers either inside or outside of our restaurant. Doing so may affect the outcome of your fundraiser.

Please understand that we have to call more staff for these events. If your fundraiser doesn’t generate more then $150 we will be unable to donate because our costs as a business are not being covered.

It is optional that you have your guest take a picture of their checks as another way of making sure you receive the correct amount but please be aware that is it the PRETAX total of the FOOD portion, no drinks will be counted towards the fundraiser.

It usually takes about a week or so for us to go over all of the checks and determine how much your fundraiser earned. We will write the check when you come in to collect, we cannot write it out and hold it. Please feel free to call and check the status of your fundraiser check a week after the event and ask for Marianne. She will be able to give you the total you earned as well as inform you when your check will be ready for you to pick up. Please note that she will not call you first.
