Join the CSI Alumni Association and popular Island restaurants as we prepare for the 10th Annual Savor the Flavors, a scholarship fundraiser to benefit CSI Students, with 45 scholarships granted since 2010!
Popular Island restaurants will showcase their signature dishes and describe how their dishes are prepared.
This year new to the event we will be partnering with the Staten Island Advance to bring the cookbook competition finalists to a Taste-Off event, where they will present their original dishes.
This means, a bigger venue, and more participants to sample wonderful dishes.
Sample the bountiful cuisine and enjoy wine tasting, beverages, desserts, music, and raffles.
$40 online registration ends April 5, 2019. General Admission Tickets ($50) will be available at the door on the day of the event, cash or check only.
